I have successfully purchased and installed VMLite VNC server on my rooted Samsung Note 2.

I have start the server and get a "server is running" message. but when I attempt to connect to the phone via a browser window at 192.168.0.40:5801 as per the address listed on my android device I get a "File not Found" message in the browser

Any ideas?

sorry about the error. Did you purchase the app from google store? or from our website? What is the android version? Will resolve this asap.

In the meantime, the vnc viewer should work.
