Thanks for asking, we are very busy focusing on the following stuff:
VBoot:
(1) performance improving
(2) writeable support on vboot loader phase, to support windows 95/98/Me/DOS, etc.
(3) exploring RAM boot
(4) exploring diskless (i.e., network) boot
(5) USB support
(6) Linux differencing disks, Andriod, etc.
VMLite XP Mode:
(1) V4.0, with robust USB support, and other bugs fixes
(2) remote USB addition via RDP
(3) a hwardware device to allow one physical PC to be used by multiple people, with each person seeing a separate vm with a different keyboard, mouse, display and sound.

(4) VirtualBox plugin for v4 version
VirtualApps Player
(1) we are about to release the first version of our application virtualization product, which provides a secure sandbox.
(2) this should be very useful too VBoot users, so you can install apps to a common hard disk to be used by different VHDs.
