If this manual method on Linux works out for you, can you write down the steps here? appreciate it. Especially, how do you modify the linux rules file?

I'd be happy to post instructions once I get it to work.

We're almost there.

The server is now starting on the device, but VNC is not working properly. The image that is returned looks like a corrupt jpeg with noise and diagonal lines.



I've tried with Vinagre, and both browser options (java and html5).

did you get the new build from email? if not, send email to info AT vmlite DOT com.

We fixed this issue.

Well, we're making progress

I now get this with Vinagre, HTML5 browser, and Java client (all have similar traits in that there is overlapping info, and colours are off.

the color problem is caused by RGB vs BGR. Seems this phone is in BGR format.

trying now to determine programmatically which is the one.
