Thanks for all of the debugging.

next test build should work now. will send via email.

after more testing, a new version will be published, along with supporting USB connection when WIFI is not available.

Sweet. The latest update fixed everything.

My settings on Xubuntu 12.04 for Samsung Galaxy S3:

$ cat /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

# adb protocol on Galaxy S3
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="04e8", ATTR{idProduct}=="6866", MODE="0600", OWNER="myusername"

and to start the server:

sudo /home/myusername/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools/adb shell /data/data/com.vmlite.vncserver/files/vmlitevncserver

Thanks again - this software is awesome. When you're sitting in front of a big PC with a big keyboard and mouse, there's no reason to have to fiddle data into a small device

Thanks, I'd appreciate if you can put your comment:

this software is awesome. When you're sitting in front of a big PC with a big keyboard and mouse, there's no reason to have to fiddle data into a small device

to google market.
